Printers and Other Devices

  • Printers and other devices require connecting in a different method as most printers and IoT devices don't support WPA Enterprise security which is what we use for our client networks.
  • To connect a printer or other IoT device we need to acquire the devices wireless MAC (media access control) address or Hardware Address most of the time this can be found on a sticker or within the network setup menu of the device.
  • Once you have this address which looks like this (00:14:22:01:23:45) please email [email protected] and we will get the device allocated.
